FOUR LINES, ONE CUTTING TABLE

Sportswear, workwear, outdoor and lifestyle are different catalogs, but they're not four different workshops. All four lines are cut, sewn and finished at the same plant in Lima, by the same people checking the fabric and handing over the garment. That's what lets an institutional client and a retail client receive the same quality-control standard.

What changes between lines is the fabric and the finish the use case demands. Sportswear calls for quick-drying polyester spandex to train without limits; workwear calls for full-shift resistance and durability; outdoor adds water repellency and sun protection; lifestyle prioritizes comfort for everyday garments. Bama's nine technologies — breathable, quick-drying, repellent, stretch, sun protection, antibacterial, fresh, waterproof and color — combine differently depending on the line, but they all come out of the same lab.

What doesn't change is the commercial process: thirty units minimum per model, a sample in seven business days and production in fifteen, whether the order is a batch of team jerseys or institutional coveralls. The cutting table doesn't distinguish between catalogs — it distinguishes between approved orders and orders waiting for approval.

That's the advantage of running all four lines under one roof: the fabric and sewing know-how earned in workwear — resistance built for hard shifts — ends up in outdoor's reinforced seams, and the color-matching control an institutional uniform demands is the same one a retail order gets.
