The store saves what's needed to process your order; the /cotizar form doesn't save anything, it just composes a message for WhatsApp or email.
How this site works
The /cotizar form doesn't send your data to any server of ours: it puts together a message with what you wrote and opens it in your WhatsApp or email, ready for you to send. The store (/tienda, /carrito, /checkout) does have its own server: it checks prices and availability in real time, and saves your order so it can be shipped.
What data we store from a purchase
If you complete a purchase we store your name, ID number, email, phone, delivery address and order details, so we can ship it and answer any questions. Your card details never pass through our servers: Culqi receives them directly from your browser.
Checkout is guest-only
Buying on this site doesn't require creating an account or logging in. The only login that exists is the content-management panel, for internal use by the Bama Perú team.
What data we handle
Only what you give us directly when you write to us: name, phone, email and your order details. We use it solely to answer your inquiry and prepare your quote or order. We don't sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics beyond what's strictly necessary for it to work. If we add analytics in the future, we'll note it here.
Legal framework
In Peru, personal data processing is governed by Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law. We don't claim to hold specific registrations or certifications with the relevant authority; if you need that detail for your institution, ask us directly and we'll confirm.
