Support
What almost everyone asks before ordering an institutional uniform. If it's not here, just ask us directly.
What's the minimum order?
30 units per model. That's the minimum for cutting and sewing to come out at a reasonable cost; with fewer units the price per garment climbs too much.
How long does an order take?
The sample ships in 7 business days after design and size are approved. Once the sample is approved, full production takes 15 business days on average, depending on quantity and complexity.
How does a sample get approved?
We make a garment with your fabric, size and logo before producing the batch. You review it at the workshop or we send it to you; we only move to production once you sign off on it in writing.
How is the logo applied?
It depends on the line and the garment: embroidery, full-color sublimation, or screen printing. We'll recommend the right technique for the fabric during the quoting stage, so the logo holds up through the garment's full lifespan of washes.
Do you carry all sizes?
Yes, a standard size chart from kids to adult XXL. For institutional orders we take per-person sizes with a chart we send you, so we avoid changes after production.
Do you ship outside Lima?
Yes, all over Peru. We coordinate shipping with the carrier of your choice; cost and delivery time depend on the destination and are calculated when the order closes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and deposit. For institutional orders we work with purchase orders and invoices; we discuss the terms during quoting.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we replace it. That's why the prior sample is mandatory: it's where fabric, size and logo get checked before committing to the full batch.
